Establishment of branch of non-life undertaking in the Republic of Lithuania

On the 27th of November 2009 the Insurance Supervisory Commission approved amendments to the articles of association of Balto Link UADBB relating to the increase of insurance brokers undertaking’s authorized capital from 61 700 LTL to 641 000 LTL.

On the 17th of November 2009 the Insurance Supervisory Commission approved amendments to the articles of association of Dataksas UADBB, relating to the increase of insurance brokers undertaking’s authorized capital from 52 000 LTL to 58 100 LTL.

Changes of the licence of the insurance undertaking Industrijos garantas UADB
On 3 th November 2009 the Insurance Supervisory Commission approved changes to the licence of Insurance undertaking Industrijos garantas UADB issuing permission to provide compulsory insurance of civil liability of the contractor and, according to the request of the company, abolished the part of the licence, providing the right to underwrite compulsory third party liability insurance of principal examiners and customers of biomedical examinations.

Antarija UADBB licence to engage in insurance activity revoked
On 3 th November 2009 the Insurance Supervisory Commission considering to Antarija UADBB request and shareholder decision not to engage in insurance brokers activity, having regard to subparagraph 3 paragraph 2 Article 150 of the Law on Insurance of the Republic of Lithuania, revoked Antarija UADBB licence to engage in insurance activity (the licence No. 000019).

Bon Life LT UADBB licence to engage in insurance activity revoked
On 6 th October 2009 the Insurance Supervisory Commission considering to Bon Life LT UADBB request and shareholder decision not to engage in insurance brokers activity, having regard to subparagraph 3 paragraph 2 Article 150 of the Law on Insurance of the Republic of Lithuania, revoked Bon Life LT UADBB licence to engage in insurance activity (the licence No. 000116).
